Hello!

Seems like I never update this thing anymore. Rare is it that I even visit dA anymore as well. But, I figured with as many people as dA has, my journal would be a good place to post this.

I've opened up shop. My goods? Gluten, wheat and grain free dog treats, and kitty treats.

I've always been told I'm an absolutely amazing baker. So I figured why not try to use my skills and make a little cash. Sadly, the cash is not for fun, but to get Athena's teeth fixed. For those of you out of the loop, Athena is mine and miku's dachshund. Long story short, she recently face planted into our drive way and broke one of her canine's in half. Bad enough that it needs to be removed. The price tag? Nearly $600. I don't know about you, but I don't have $600 just sitting around.

That's where "Athena's Chompers pet treats" comes in. I will be baking and selling hand made pet treats to raise the money to get Athena's dental work done. Or as close to the $600 as we can get. I'm hoping to have raised the funds by the end of June. If we wait any longer than that, theres a chance it could start to get infected, and will then cost us more to have fixed.

We're currently selling sample boxes of treats, to see how people's pets like them. After those are gone, I will be selling them by the dozen (for dog treats) or by the box full (for cat treats) for about $16 a box, shipping included.

My all time team is Typhlosion, Lugia, Luxray, Dragonite, Rhydon, and Azumarill. I never fail with that team

Most all of the Gen V pokemon.

Not me personally, but my brother has made me a few pokemon with some type of cheats thing he has. I love the pokemon he's made for me though

It would be some insane fire/psychic/ghost/dark type that was the bane of everyone, but mine, existence.

Nope. Just load them up with proteins, carbos, and force them to battle against their weakest type advantage.

Was going to, but I picked a terrible game to try it with. So I gave up...

Just about the same. Except maybe try to make it "real time", where walks between towns aren't 10min, and you actually have to ration food and supplies.

I've never really done a feature before. And hopefully I'm going about it the right way.

I woke up this morning and popped on here to check my messages. One deviation happened to catch my eye. It was of a slightly off color GSD and a bag of Beneful dog kibble. What's this? I asked myself. So I clicked it and looked down at the artist's comments and smiled. A very extensive and in detail write up about how people should stray away from some of those super popular big name brands. Why? Because they're absolute garbage, that's why.

I work for Petco and on nearly every one of my shifts there I am pulled from my fish dept to go help a customer in the dog food aisles. Usually one of three things happen.
1) They just need help finding their dog food that might of been moved in a plan-o-gram shift.
2) They want to know what to feed their dog because its getting fat, loosing fur, loosing weight, etc.
3) Want to find something so they don't have to buy pricey vet formulas.

And usually from there one of two things happen.
1) They head right for the Pedigree, Science Diet, Iams and the like.
2) They already know about All Natural foods and ask where it is and which is the best.

Sadly, #2 doesn't happen nearly as often as it should.

That's my cue to make this grotesque face and noises that usually = I wouldn't feed that to my dog if she was starving during a zombie apocalypse. It usually catches their attention pretty quickly and ask "should I not be buying this stuff?". To which I answer "If you don't care what you're dog is eating and want to get out crazy cheap, then go for it. But if you're trying to keep your dog healthy, I would walk with me a few aisles over and take a look at this other stuff".

This deviation has some amazing info on why you should try to avoid big name brands like Purina, Pedigree, Beneful and others you would generally see at Walmart or grocery stores. If you're a pet owner, and you feed whatever is on sale and the cheapest, you should really check this out and give it a read. You'd be amazed and what you're feeding your dog. I would also ask yourself "would I eat this?" and then take a look at the ingredient lists.

COMMISSION RULES AND PRICES
I'm currently only take sketch commissions. I would prefer bust sketches, but will do a full body if you give me enough detail into what you want.
I DO NOT do robots/mechs, anthros/furries/really hairy animal type people, or porn/hentai
I will do original characters, fan art (except for Homestuck. I'm not messing with The Man), and tasteful pin-ups. When I say tasteful, it will be MY level of tasteful. I have no problems with nudes, but I'm not going to draw it all whoreish looking.
NOTE ME with what you're looking for, and I'll get back to you as soon as I can with whether or not I think I can manage it. If you comment on here, I will completely ignore it.
Once I've OK'd it, and we've got something agreed upon, you're set to send payment.

Bust sketches- $10 for the first character, $5 for each additional (up to 3 characters on the same page)
Full body sketches- $15 for the first character, $5 for each additional (up to 3 characters on the same pag)

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
I DO NOT have paypal. I did at one point, but they kept messing around so I closed it. Yes, this does make it a bit more of a hassle, but I have less trouble doing things with cashier's checks or postal money orders. I also do not take personal checks. Those are just a nightmare in and of themselves.
I'd like payment within a week of the OK. Once I have the money order in hand and to the bank, I will send you a note to let you know it's all cleared and I can start work.
Shipping will be done via Flat Rate Envelopes through the USPS. So it's $5 to ship them. If you get 1, its $5. if you get 6, its still $5. So, for example, if you get a bust sketch with 2 characters it'll be $10+$5+$5=$20. OR Lets say you get 3 separate full body sketches, it'll be $15+$15+$15+$5=$50.

SKETCHES FOR SALE
I have some stuff already sketched out that I'm putting up for sale as well. There really isn't much, but its something. Excuse the very last thumb nail. I could of sworn I had it in my gallery already, but I didn't. So, its a quick cellphone shot of it...

Colored sketches are $15. Same deal with payment and shipping price. First person to call dibs via note gets the image. If I don't see payment within a week, and hear nothing from you as to why, it'll be offered to the next person who asks about it.

So I've got two sketches up for sale. I've been thinking of doing random sketches and given that they're worth it (in my head at least) I'll sell them. They're both original, out of the blue characters. Not my Negasis characters. Which I really should do more often. It was nice to draw something a little different than what I normally do. Stray into uncharted waters I guess.

Asking $25 each or $40 for the pair. Each will be framed before I ship it out

Buyer pays shipping, which I will try to make as cheap as possible. Probably flat rate though, so around $10. US buyers only please. I'm not quite sure how international money orders work, so it's probably safer to just stick with the US
